MileStreak

For runners going daily

Run every day. MileStreak keeps count.

It reads your runs from Apple Health or Health Connect, checks each day against the minimum you set, and shows you one number you can trust: how many days in a row you have run.

Why it exists

You already run most days. Now you want every day.

Going daily changes the question. It stops being how far or how fast, and becomes: is this day 41 or day 42, and did Tuesday count? Your watch knows your pace, not your streak. MileStreak answers that one question, so you can spend your attention on running.

How it works

Three steps, then just run.

  1. 1

    Connect your health app

Your watch or running app already sends runs to Apple Health or Health Connect. MileStreak reads them from there, with your permission. No typing, no new gadget.

  2. 2

    Set your minimum

Miles or minutes, and how many. A day counts when one single run meets it, so a run recorded twice can never count double.

  3. 3

    Watch the number

Open the app after a run and see today count. Miss a day and the streak ends. That is what makes the number worth having.

Built to be trusted

The details that keep the count honest.

Your data

Your runs are health data. They are treated that way.

  • Never sold.
  • Never used for advertising. There are no ads, no analytics and no trackers in MileStreak.
  • Only what counting needs: when a run started, how long it lasted and how far it went. Never your route, your location or your heart rate.
  • Delete everything, any time: in the app, or on the web.

Price

Free to use.

Everything that counts your streak is free, and stays free. One optional subscription, $1.99 a month or $10 a year, removes the MileStreak band from the picture you share.

A question before then? It goes straight to the person who built it.
